There's many places to post my lad on the Internet,
And many many people that you just plain haven't met.
There's songs and singers and writers and many other tales,
But the saddest kind of writer is the one that's filled with fail!
Bad LiveJournal troll! Bad LiveJournal troll!
He thinks that his ALL CAPS posts are just forever droll!
He'll try and lay your world to waste but that will never roll!
Whatever else he is he's a bad LiveJournal troll!
It started out with other posts in other LJ groups,
He harassed people constantly with bad photoshoops.
His account was banned for the act of high abuse,
The LJ team booted his caboose!
Bad LiveJournal troll! Bad LiveJournal troll!
He thinks that his ALL CAPS posts are just forever droll!
He'll try and lay your world to waste but that will never roll!
Whatever else he is he's a bad LiveJournal troll!
Now he's back again with a plus account and attacking all the fen,
He thinks that will protect him as he trolls again.
But what he doesn't realize about our little den,
Is that his fame is non-existent to us and our ken!

It talks about how to ban a person from your particular blog, which I am guessing you probably already have since it's not covered by this crap. Plus, I am a members post only kinda gal myself. That helps.
He made remarks to me too when I commented you back today but I don't care. I've dealt with trolls before (granted, not the hate crime slinging kind, but still). I used to have this awesome button that said something to the effect of go back to your own bridge. It was amusing and my answer whenever a troll commented. lol

As I stated earlier I currently can't f-lock due to relatives that read my personal LJ. But if I can convince them to at least get free accounts I'll certainly do that. :-/
And no biggie about the duplication of effort. One more post that someone can find out how to deal with this stuff properly is a good thing in my book.
